Fat-dissolving injections, called mesofat in Thailand, put a fat-dissolving solution into a small pocket of fat under the skin through many small injections. Clinics say the fat breaks down and the body clears it over the following weeks.
Clinics use different products: one Bangkok clinic names phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and deoxycholic acid; others sell branded solutions such as Phytobella, BABI Neo One, FNC and Sisi, or their own formula. It treats small pockets of fat and is not a way to lose weight.

The same procedure name covers different operations. These are the approaches a clinic will offer, and what separates them.
The most common area. One clinic starts at 6 cc a session for both cheeks.
