Who we are

What CareCompass is — and isn’t

We provide information, comparisons and introductions to help you choose a clinic. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not practise medicine or dentistry, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis.

Any treatment decision is between you and a qualified clinician. Always seek professional advice about your specific case before travelling.

Pricing is indicative

Prices shown are indicative estimates to help you plan — not quotes or offers. The final cost of any treatment is set by the clinic after a clinical assessment, and any currency conversions are approximate.

Inquiries and introductions

When you submit an inquiry, and only with your consent, we forward your details to the clinic you selected so they can respond. Each inquiry carries a unique reference.

We don’t guarantee that a clinic will respond, accept you as a patient, or offer any particular price or outcome. Your relationship for any treatment is directly with the clinic.

Patient travel services

We may offer optional, separately-priced services to help with your trip — such as visa assistance, airport fast-track, accommodation and transport. These are opt-in, clearly priced before you buy, and never required to use the directory or send an inquiry.

Independence — what money can never buy

Our directory placement, our scores and our written verdicts are not for sale. A clinic cannot pay to rank higher, raise its score, or change our assessment.

“Featured” is a clearly-labelled presentation upgrade only — it changes how a profile looks, never where it ranks or what we conclude.

Clinic partner program and success fee

Listing a vetted clinic is free, and forwarding patient inquiries to a clinic is free. Where a clinic has agreed to our partner terms, a success fee becomes payable only when an inquiry we referred results in a booked-and-treated patient, reconciled by its reference. No conversion, no fee.

The success fee is a charge for a delivered, paying patient — a marketplace outcome — and is never a payment for placement, ranking, or a favourable verdict. The current rate and the reconciliation process are set out in the partner agreement.

This fee is charged for an introduction outcome, not as a share of any clinician’s professional fee. Each clinic is responsible for ensuring its participation complies with the medical-advertising and fee-splitting rules that apply to it.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don’t scrape it, misuse the inquiry forms, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Intellectual property

The CareCompass name, design, written profiles and editorial content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Clinic-supplied material remains the clinic’s, used with permission.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for the acts, omissions, treatment, or outcomes of any clinic or third party. We are not responsible for medical results.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. Thailand], and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and material updates will be made prominent. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
