You can see every price on this site without giving us anything. This page covers what happens if you choose to send an enquiry.
Nothing at all unless you send an enquiry. Prices, procedure pages and the directory are open and need no details.
If you send an enquiry we collect your name, the contact details you give us, the procedure and city you selected, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
The three clinics matched to your enquiry, and nobody else. We do not sell contact details, publish them, or add you to a list you did not ask for.
Each enquiry is recorded with a reference before it reaches any clinic. That reference is how a referred enquiry is identified later.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used and which are not. It records page views and interactions, not the contents of your enquiry.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to reconcile a referral, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
