What Thermage costs in Bangkok

On 2 November 2026 we looked for the Thermage prices that Bangkok hospitals and clinics publish on their own websites. One hospital, which updated its price list in March 2026, and one clinic, which updated its page in October 2026, publish them. The price depends on the area and the number of shots; the clinic gives starting prices:

AreaPublished prices
Whole face55,000 baht for 300 shots, 93,000 baht for 600 shots and 131,000 baht for 900 shots at the hospital; from 69,000 baht at the clinic, which uses 900 shots as its standard.
Around the eyes (450 shots)50,000 baht at the hospital, not including the upper eyelids; from 45,000 baht at the clinic.
Body: tummy, arms or thighs132,000 baht for 900 shots at the hospital; from 99,000 baht at the clinic, which uses 500 shots as its standard.

Compare prices by the number of shots, not by the name of the package: the same area can be treated with 300 or 900 shots.

What Thermage does, and what it cannot

Thermage FLX is the current model of Thermage. It heats the deeper layers of the skin with radiofrequency, through the surface, without needles or a wound, to tighten collagen and prompt new collagen. The clinic says it suits skin that has started to feel soft or a jawline that is less sharp.

The clinic says it cannot fill hollow cheeks or temples, remove a lot of fat or take away skin that hangs in folds, and that it is not the main treatment for acne scars or large pores. For skin that hangs, surgery does what Thermage cannot.

The session, and afterwards

The clinic puts numbing cream on for about an hour; the treatment then takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half, and about two to two and a half hours in all for the face. It feels like deep pulses of heat, with cooling and vibration from the device. For the eyes, a shield is placed over each eye, and contact lenses stay out for 24 hours.

Most people go back to work the same day. Redness usually fades within 24 hours, and the skin may feel tender underneath for 3 to 10 days. The clinic advises avoiding sun, saunas and strong heat for a day or two, not massaging the area for 3 to 5 days, and waiting about a month before a laser or other energy treatment.

The hospital says results show over 3 to 6 months; the clinic says they are clearest at two to three months and last about a year, and that one session per year is usual.

Before you book

Tell the doctor about any pacemaker or electronic implant, your medicines, and any fillers, threads, laser or surgery on the area. The clinic advises waiting during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and until any infection or open wound on the area has healed. A droopy eyelid caused by a weak eyelid muscle needs assessment for surgery instead.

The clinic says the treatment tip should be new for each person and opened in front of you, and that you should be told the number of shots before it starts.

Check who treats you

Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). You can check a doctor on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.

What to ask before you pay

  • Is it Thermage FLX, and how many shots will I get?
  • Will the tip be new and opened in front of me?
  • Is the numbing cream included?
  • Does a doctor do the treatment, and what is their full name?
  • Would another treatment suit my skin better?
