What skin boosters cost in Bangkok

On 3 November 2026 we looked for the skin booster prices that Bangkok hospitals and clinics publish on their own websites. One hospital, which updated its price list in March 2026, and one clinic, which updated its pages in February and August 2026, publish them. The clinic gives starting prices:

ProductPublished prices
Profhilo25,000 baht for one syringe and 48,000 baht for two at the hospital; from 33,000 baht at the clinic on its August 2026 page, and from 25,000 baht on its February 2026 page.

Restylane skin boosterFrom 20,000 baht at the clinic.
Juvederm skin boosterFrom 22,000 baht at the clinic.
Karisma RH CollagenFrom 25,000 baht at the clinic.

The clinic's two pages give different starting prices for Profhilo; ask which applies. The hospital also lists Juvederm Skinvive at 21,000 baht for 1 ml, on its filler price list.

The clinic lists Rejuran among its skin boosters. Rejuran has its own guide.

What a skin booster does, and what it cannot

A skin booster is injected into the skin to improve its quality, hydration and elasticity, not to add volume or change the shape of the face. The clinic says it does not suit deep folds or deep loss of volume, for which a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler injected deeper works better.

Profhilo is a mix of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid with no cross-linking agent, and spreads through the skin. The clinic uses it on the face, under the eyes, the neck and the backs of the hands. Belotero Revive is a soft, cross-linked hyaluronic acid with glycerol, injected into the dermis of the cheeks, lower face or whole face.

How often

For skin boosters in general, the clinic suggests about three sessions two to four weeks apart, then a session every four to six months, and says results last about four to six months or more.

For Profhilo, the clinic suggests two sessions four weeks apart, then one every six to nine months, and says it lasts about six to nine months. The hospital sells two syringes together. For Belotero Revive, the clinic suggests two or three sessions a month apart, then once a year, and usually 2 ml for the whole face, 1 ml a side. Ask how much product and how many sessions your price covers.

The session, and afterwards

For Profhilo, the clinic may put numbing cream on for 20 to 30 minutes and uses a fine needle; the injections take 15 to 30 minutes. It feels like a vaccination. Swelling, redness or small bumps where it was injected can last two to three days and settle on their own.

For 24 hours, do not touch, press or massage the area, or wear makeup, and avoid saunas, steam, hot showers and hard exercise. Avoid alcohol and smoking for the first few days. For at least a week, use gentle skincare and sunscreen and avoid laser and other treatments on the area. After a skin booster, needle marks or small bruises can take one to three days to fade.

Before you book

Tell the doctor about allergies, medicines and supplements, and any treatments in the past six months. The clinic advises against skin boosters during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an infection or inflamed skin where it would be injected, or with an allergy to hyaluronic acid. People with immune or autoimmune conditions need assessment first.

For one to two weeks before, the clinic advises avoiding aspirin, vitamin E and omega-3, but ask your doctor before stopping any medicine, and avoiding alcohol for two to three days.

Check the product is genuine

The clinic warns that fake and grey-import fillers are sold in Thailand. For Belotero, it advises checking the security sticker on the box and scanning its QR code, checking for a Thai label with a Thai FDA registration number, and checking that the lot number and expiry date on the box match those on the syringe. Ask for the box to be opened in front of you.

Check who treats you

Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). You can check a doctor on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.

What to ask before you pay

  • Which skin booster, and how many millilitres or syringes?
  • How many sessions, how far apart, and what is the total price?
  • Is the numbing cream included?
  • Can I see the box opened and check the code?
  • Does a doctor inject it, and what is their full name?
