What penis enlargement costs in Bangkok

On 3 November 2026 we looked for the penis enlargement prices that Bangkok hospitals and clinics publish on their own websites. Two men's health clinics publish them; their sites list the pages as updated in June and July 2026. Both treatments add girth:

TreatmentPublished prices
Hyaluronic acid filler, usually 10 to 15 mlFrom 65,000 baht at the first clinic, with the volume and brand set at the consultation.
Hyaluronic acid filler, 15 ml, with a collagen biostimulatorAt the second clinic: 129,000 baht with Expurt, 200,900 baht with Restylane Lyft and 210,800 baht with Juvederm. Sculptra can be added for 28,000 baht.
Silicone sheet implant160,000 baht at the first clinic, shown as reduced from 200,000 baht. Circumcision is needed first.

The second clinic says its packages include the consultation, a private treatment room and a follow-up visit. We found no Bangkok hospital or clinic that publishes a current price of its own for lengthening surgery (cutting the suspensory ligament) or for fat transfer. Ask for a written quote for those.

How each is done

Filler is hyaluronic acid injected under the skin of the shaft, under local anaesthesia. The first clinic says it takes about an hour and you go home the same day; the second says 45 to 60 minutes. The first clinic says it can be done at the same visit as a circumcision, and that it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. It says filler lasts up to two to two and a half years, depending on the brand; the second clinic says 12 to 18 months.

The silicone sheet implant is a permanent sheet of medical-grade silicone placed under the skin of the shaft. Under local anaesthesia, the surgeon makes a 3 to 4 cm cut high on the scrotum, places the sheet and closes the cut. It takes about 90 minutes, and you go home the same day. It can be removed if needed. If you are not circumcised, the clinic does this one to two months before the implant.

The first clinic says neither filler nor the implant makes the erect penis longer. It also says oil, silicone or paraffin injected elsewhere cannot be dissolved and must be removed by surgery.

Recovery and the trip

After filler, mild swelling, redness and bruising are normal and settle over several days. The first clinic advises no sex for at least 14 days, no hard exercise for three to seven days, no saunas, steam rooms or sunbathing for two weeks, and a course of antibiotics. It recommends waiting 48 hours before flying. The second clinic says most men are back to normal activities in 24 to 48 hours, with no hard exercise or sex for two weeks, and a check-up at one week.

After the implant, the clinic advises rest for 48 to 72 hours, no hard exercise, cycling or gym for four to six weeks, and no sex or masturbation for six weeks or until the doctor clears you. Keep the area dry for at least eight days, and do not swim or bathe in a tub for two to three weeks. Swelling and bruising for two to four weeks is normal. Check-ups are at one week and four weeks; plan to stay in Bangkok at least seven days.

Check the doctor

Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). You can check a doctor on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.

No one may present themselves as skilled in a field of medicine unless they hold the Medical Council's certificate for it, or one the Council recognises, or meet criteria set in the Council's regulations (section 28). Both clinics say a urologist does the treatment. Ask which certificate your doctor holds, and check the name you are given.

What to ask before you pay

  • Which filler brand, how many ml, and what does each extra ml cost?
  • Is the price for filler alone, or with a biostimulator?
  • Is dissolving included if I am unhappy, and what does a top-up cost?
  • For the implant, is circumcision included, and how long must I wait after it?
  • When are the check-ups, and when can I fly home?
  • What is the doctor's full name, and which Medical Council certificate do they hold?
