What exosome treatment costs in Bangkok
On 4 November 2026 we read the exosome prices that two Bangkok clinics publish on their own websites. Other pages we found gave only general price ranges, or were more than a year old:
| Treatment | Published prices |
|---|---|
| Face, one session | From 12,999 baht for ASCE Plus exosomes at one clinic; 35,000 baht at the other, which also lists a lighter exosome mesotherapy session at 12,900 baht. |
| Face, a course | 65,000 baht for two sessions and 95,000 baht for three, at the clinic charging 35,000 baht a session. |
| Scalp, for thinning hair | 35,000 baht a session, and up to about 160,000 baht for a course of several sessions, at the same clinic. |
The same clinic also gives exosomes by IV drip. This guide covers the face and the scalp only.
How many sessions, and what the clinics say
One clinic advises a session once a month for three to five months, then one or two a year. It says changes show within three to seven days, the full effect at two to three weeks, and that one session lasts about one to three months. The other clinic advises one to three face sessions three to four weeks apart, and says redness usually settles within 24 to 48 hours.
The second clinic calls the treatment investigational and says outcomes vary. For hair, it says exosomes suit early to moderate thinning, are not an approved cure for baldness, and do not regrow hair on long-established bald areas.
Who should not have it, and the product
One clinic says exosome injections are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin disease or infection, or for people with haemophilia or who bleed easily. It warns against buying exosomes online to inject yourself, and says to check the product's lot number with its importer. The other clinic says the registration of any medical product can be checked with the Thai FDA.
Check who treats you
Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). One of the clinics says its doctors give the treatment. Ask for the name of the doctor who will treat you, and check it on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.
No one may present themselves as skilled in a field of medicine unless they hold the Medical Council's certificate for it, or one the Council recognises, or meet criteria set in the Council's regulations (section 28).
What to ask before you pay
- Which exosome product is it, and can I see the pack and its lot number?
- Is it registered with the Thai FDA?
- Is the price for one session or a course, and what does a session include?
- How many sessions do you advise, and how far apart?
- What is the doctor's full name?
