What Emsculpt costs in Bangkok
On 3 November 2026 we looked for the Emsculpt prices that Bangkok hospitals and clinics publish on their own websites. Two clinics, which updated their pages in September and October 2026, and one hospital, which updated its package page in August 2026, publish them:
| Treatment | Published prices |
|---|---|
| Emsculpt Neo, one session | 8,900 baht at one clinic, down from a usual 14,500 baht; 18,900 baht per area at the other clinic. |
| Emsculpt Neo, four sessions | 29,900 baht at the first clinic, down from a usual 58,000 baht. |
| Emsculpt (the original), one session | 4,890 baht at the first clinic, down from a usual 7,900 baht; 5,990 baht at the hospital. |
| Emsculpt, four or six sessions | 18,900 baht for four at the first clinic, down from 31,600 baht; 16,990 baht for four and 25,920 baht for six at the hospital. |
The hospital's package says Emsculpt and does not mention Neo. It includes the dermatologist's fee and the hospital and nursing fees, is valid until 1 February 2027, cannot be refunded, and is for Thai nationals and foreigners living in Thailand only. If you are visiting, ask the hospital for its price.
The first clinic's prices are reduced from its usual prices, without an end date; ask whether the reduced price still applies when you book.
Emsculpt and Emsculpt Neo: the difference
Both work through the skin, without needles or a wound. Emsculpt uses electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) to make the muscles under the applicator contract hard and fast; the first clinic says 20,000 contractions in a 30-minute session. Emsculpt Neo adds radiofrequency heat, which the clinic says warms the fat layer to 42 to 45°C to destroy fat cells.
The first clinic recommends Emsculpt for people with little fat who want more muscle definition, with a BMI of up to 30, and Emsculpt Neo for people with moderate to more fat who want to reduce fat as well, with a BMI of up to 35. The areas treated are the abdomen, buttocks, arms, thighs and calves.
The session and the course
Each area takes 30 minutes. It feels like hard exercise: the muscles tighten and contract in rhythm, and with Emsculpt Neo you also feel warmth on the skin. The first clinic treats up to three areas a day. Redness can last 10 to 20 minutes, and the muscles may feel tight for one to two days.
The first clinic suggests four to eight sessions of Emsculpt, once or twice a week, and four sessions of Emsculpt Neo, once a week or every 5 to 10 days. The other clinic's course for Emsculpt Neo is four sessions, twice a week over two weeks.
The other clinic says changes usually show two to four weeks after the course; the first clinic says the best result for Emsculpt Neo shows from the third month.
Who should not have it
The first clinic lists people who should take care or avoid it: anyone with a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator or nerve stimulator, any electronic device or metal in the body, or a drug or drip pump; anyone with a blockage in the lungs, a bleeding tendency, heart or blood vessel disease, cancer, epilepsy, a fever or a latex allergy; anyone taking blood thinners; anyone pregnant; and anyone with recent surgery on the abdomen or chest.
After giving birth, the clinic waits six months. If you are breastfeeding, it advises not breastfeeding for one day after a session.
Check who treats you
Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). You can check a doctor on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.
What to ask before you pay
- Is it Emsculpt or Emsculpt Neo, and is the price per session or per area?
- How many sessions do I need, and how far apart?
- Does the reduced price still apply, and does a package expire?
- Can I have it with the metal, implant or medicines I have?
- Does a doctor assess me, and what is their full name?
