What filler costs in Bangkok, per cc
On 2 November 2026 we read the filler prices that one Bangkok hospital and two Bangkok clinics publish on their own websites. The hospital and one clinic price by brand and by the cc, which is the same as 1 ml:
| Brand, per 1 cc | Published prices |
|---|---|
| Neuramis | 4,990 baht at one clinic. |
| Belotero | 15,900 baht at the clinic. |
| Restylane | 15,900 baht at the clinic; 21,000 baht at the hospital for most Restylane products, and 23,000 baht for Volyme or Defyne. |
| Juvederm | 18,900 baht at the clinic; at the hospital, 19,000 baht for Ultra, 21,000 baht for Ultra Plus, Volift or Volbella with lidocaine, 23,000 baht for Voluma and 23,500 baht for Volbella. |
| Other brands at the hospital | Saypha Rich 12,000 baht for 1 cc or 22,000 baht for 2 cc; Hyafillia 12,500 baht. |
The other clinic gives a starting price of 15,000 baht and says the price depends on the filler, the area and how much is used. None of the three prices filler by area. The amount for each area is decided by the doctor, so ask how many cc you will need and multiply.
How long it lasts, by area
One clinic says filler lasts 6 to 12 months in the lips, 12 to 18 months under the eyes, and 12 to 24 months in the cheeks or temples. The other says results last 6 to 18 months, depending on the filler and the area: up to 12 months for Belotero, 6 to 18 months for Restylane and 12 to 18 months for Juvederm.
The first clinic lists Juvederm for the cheeks, jawline and chin, Restylane for the lips, under the eyes and the lines beside the nose, Belotero for under the eyes and fine lines, and Neuramis for contouring and first-time patients.
Both say these hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed, with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Neither publishes a price for dissolving, so ask what it costs before you start.
Time off, and timing your trip
Both clinics say there is little or no time off, and one says you can go back to daily activities straight away. The other says redness, swelling or bruising at the injection points is common and fades within a few days, and that treatment takes 15 to 60 minutes. If you bruise easily, leave a few days before photos or an event.
Check who injects
Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). One clinic says a physician does every injection. Ask for the name of the doctor who will inject you, and check it on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.
No one may present themselves as skilled in a field of medicine unless they hold the Medical Council's certificate for it, or one the Council recognises, or meet criteria set in the Council's regulations (section 28).
What to ask before you pay
- Which brand and which product is it, and can I see the box?
- How many cc will I need for each area?
- Is the price per cc, or for the whole syringe?
- What does dissolving cost if I need it?
- What is the doctor's full name?
