What breast augmentation costs in Bangkok

On 2 November 2026 we read the breast augmentation prices that two Bangkok hospitals and two Bangkok clinics publish on their own websites. Few publish a full list, so the ranges are wide:

Mentor MemoryGel Xtra (Extra Gel)89,999 baht at one clinic; 163,000 to 240,000 baht elsewhere.

Other brands, such as Sebbin, Silimed and European implants49,999 to 119,500 baht.

Implants over 400 cc add 10,000 to 20,000 baht at the places that price them. One clinic prices a revision of an earlier augmentation at 130,000 to 180,000 baht.

One private hospital publishes a surgery package at 190,000 baht, or 202,000 baht by endoscope, with one night in hospital. That price excludes the implants, the specialist's consultation fee and laboratory tests, and a check by an internal medicine doctor before surgery is billed separately. The package is valid until 31 December 2026; the other lists give no end date.

What the price may leave out

One hospital's packages include the surgeon, the anaesthesia, the implants, one night in hospital, tests before surgery and care afterwards. The lowest clinic prices may be starting prices, and the clinic that publishes them says so. Before you pay a deposit, get in writing whether the price covers:

  • the implants, by brand, model and size;
  • the surgeon, the anaesthetist and general anaesthesia;
  • tests and any medical check before surgery;
  • the nights in hospital, and the charge for each extra night;
  • medicine, a support bra and follow-up visits;
  • what happens, and what you pay, if you need further surgery.

How long you need in Bangkok

One hospital gives one to two hours of surgery under general anaesthesia and one to two nights in hospital, and advises staying in Bangkok for seven to ten days for a follow-up and stitch check before you fly.

One clinic advises a support bra day and night for the first month, and that clinic and one hospital advise no heavy lifting or strenuous exercise for about four weeks. Your surgeon will tell you what applies to you.

Check the surgeon

Only a doctor registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Thailand may practise medicine (Medical Profession Act 1982, section 26). You can check a doctor on the Medical Council's website by searching their first name and surname, in Thai or in English. It lists only licensed doctors. If you find nothing, the Council answers on 02-590-1887.

No one may present themselves as skilled in a field of medicine unless they hold the Medical Council's certificate for it, or one the Council recognises, or meet criteria set in the Council's regulations (section 28). Ask which certificate your surgeon holds, and check the name you are given.

What to ask before you pay

  • Which implant: brand, model, size and surface?
  • Is the implant in the price, and what else is included?
  • How many nights in hospital, and what does each extra night cost?
  • When can I fly home?
  • What does a revision cost if I need one?
  • What is the surgeon's full name, and which Medical Council certificate do they hold?
