Arm lift is performed in Bangkok by private hospitals and licensed day-surgery clinics. This page sets out the indicative price, what changes it, how long the trip takes, and what to establish with a clinic before you pay anything.
The same procedure name covers different operations. Technique, materials, whether anything is done alongside it, and whether you are treated in a hospital with an overnight bed all change what you are quoted.

An arm lift, or brachioplasty, removes loose skin and fat from the upper arm. It is done for skin laxity that exercise cannot address, typically after major weight loss or with age.
The trade-off is a scar running along the inner arm from the armpit towards the elbow. Its length depends on how much skin needs removing.
The same procedure name covers different operations. These are the approaches a clinic will offer, and what separates them.
A scar from armpit to elbow along the inner arm, for substantial skin excess.
A shorter scar confined to the armpit, for limited laxity near the top of the arm.
Continues onto the side of the chest where laxity extends beyond the arm.
Suits people whose problem is fat rather than skin, and whose skin will retract.
These come up at consultation. Knowing them beforehand makes the conversation shorter and the plan clearer.
This is the central trade-off. The scar is permanent and on a visible surface. Ask to see where it will sit.
Liposuction alone on loose skin makes laxity worse, not better.
As with any skin-removal procedure, be at a stable weight first.
About 10 days
Clinics vary, and your clinician’s plan overrides anything on this page. The shape is consistent.
Photographs, measurements and history by email, then a video consultation. Nothing is fixed until you are examined in person.
Consultation, examination, bloods and pre-operative checks. This is where the plan — and therefore the price — can change.
Usually the day after the assessment. Most people stay one night where an overnight bed is part of the plan.
Rest, dressing changes and wound checks. Expect to do very little.
Sutures and dressings checked, and clearance to fly. This appointment is why the trip is around 10 days rather than three.
Swelling settles over weeks. Agree before you leave who you contact and how.
A clinic name is not a clinician. Ask for the individual, their registration, and how often they do this procedure.
Facility fees, anaesthesia, materials, medication, follow-up appointments and take-home items are often quoted separately.
Including if the clinic reschedules, or if the in-person assessment changes the plan.
Ask for the policy in writing: who pays, within what window, and whether it covers a return trip.
A name, a channel, and an expected response time. Aftercare that ends at the airport is not aftercare.
Clinics that perform this in your city see your enquiry, without your details. Up to three take it and come back to you with real quotes. You decide who — if anyone — you talk to.
Everything worth settling before you book, before you fly, while you are in Bangkok, and once you are home — including how this goes wrong and how to avoid it. Tick it here, or take it with you.
All of this is settled on paper, before money moves.

No. It is a starting price — the published figure for the simplest version of this procedure. Only a clinic can quote you, and only after examining you and agreeing a plan.
Lower facility and staffing costs, and high procedure volume. It is the same operation, and the major implant and device manufacturers are the same ones used at home.
Around 10 days for most people. The final review and clearance to fly sets the length, not the surgery.
No. Your surgeon sets the date you are fit to fly. Book a flexible return if you can.
